HOW TO CLIMB THE LADDER Every position or activity within AOSpine is assigned a defined points value. You earn your points by contributing to AOSpine—your community. Example: Supply an interactive case study Attend a Board, Council, or Committee meeting Act as faculty at an AOSpine course Attend an AOSpine event Provide an article for one of our journals Even keeping your AOSpine profile up to date earns points!

WHAT DOES STATUS MEAN?
